Dr. Tomás Froment combines a technical view of criminal law with solid training in corporate compliance and new technologies. His practice focuses on the defense and prosecution of complex offences in Federal and National jurisdictions.
Litigation and Criminal Defense
Since 2024, he has led technical defenses in cases of:
- Computer fraud and Cybercrime.
- Fraudulent administration and Illicit association.
- Money laundering and corporate criminal liability.
Compliance and Corporate Ethics (YPF S.A.)
Between 2022 and 2024, he served as an Analyst in the Compliance area of YPF S.A., implementing integrity programs and analyzing bribery and corruption risks for Argentina, Chile and Brazil.
Career in the Judicial Branch
He has over a decade (2009–2022) of experience in national and federal criminal courts and prosecutors' offices, intervening in cases of fraud, corruption and environmental offences.

- Official recognition by the Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres (INAM) for the Micaela Law.
- Active participant in international seminars on procedural and economic law.
